SPORT ACTIVITIES


Within VNU-HCM, student life is rich and varied with activities to cater to almost all talents and interests. The University has a wide range of extra-curricular activities that are consistent with its educational subject. Sports events offer one avenue of broadening students’ experience at the university and allowing them to meet a wider range of people. At the University, there are numerous sports activities going on every day, soccer being particularly popular. Sports facilities include basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, chess and Chinese chess clubs, tennis courts, activity rooms, athletics tracks and thousands of square meters of playing ields which can be used for soccer, for throwing weights and for many other activities. Most sport facilities at VNU are open to students and staff. They require prior booking, which can be done at the campus where the facilities are located.


SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

The vibrant social and cultural scene at the University complements the atmosphere of serious study in the lecture halls. Students can develop their taste for the arts or pursue their own interests in several ways.
